A little shaky...and teary too

My first big goal in my journey has been officially reached...I HAVE LOST TEN POUNDS!!!! :smile: :smile: :smile:

I really did it. It's taken me since the beginning of May, but I did it. When I saw 139.4 on the scale today I was almost in disbelief...I haven't seen numbers in the 130's for years. I'm so happy I want to cry.

I worked so hard for this, and for a time believed that I could never do it...but I did. Here I am, 10 pounds lighter, healthier, stronger, and my self confindence is off the chain.

I did it people...I DID IT!!!

Thanks to ALL of my wonderful MFP friends that share in my success...I couldn't have done it without all of your support and encouragement. :flowerforyou:

Now...on to the next 10 or so!

    Congrats!! Keep up the great work :) I'm 2 pounds away from the 130's, this difference this time is I actually believe I can and will get there. Its a great feeling!

    Well done! Good job at pushing through even when the scale doesn't always want to cooperate. I hope I can get down my first 10 lbs soon as well :)
