Hi there. I joined MFP back in the winter. Initially I was working out to the Turbo Fire series. I liked Turbo Fire....it was fun, and it made me feel like I was dancing, so the workouts went pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell it was doing a lot for me. I ordered the Supreme 90 series a few months ago. Using it, I have lost about 8 pounds and I am toning up. I bought this series before P90X or Insanity because I wanted to see if I would actually stick to it before I spent the big money
.
I usually do workout most days and I am becoming a cleaner eater. I am 5'4", 145 pounds, curvy figure who wants to only lose around ten pounds but sculpt and tone my muscles.
In your opinion.....P90X or Insanity????
