Water tracking app?

Hello! I have an app that reminds me to drink water but I don't think I can connect it to mfp, are there any compatible apps that you have found? I know this can track water but I like having reminders pop up on my phone

Is there a particular reason you need to track water on MFP too? I just don't see the purpose if you already have an app you like to track your water.1
