Help with meal plans

I had huge success with MFP 4-6 years ago. I lost a ton of weight, loads of energy and just overall felt great. It was exciting to me to plug in my meals and watch the numbers every day. At the time, I relied on excluding all bread, pasta and rice from my diet and I should also point out that I'm pescatarian (and have been for the past 20 years). About four years ago I sort of let go of all things food and exercise-wise and have since gained a significant amount of weight - about 25%!
Recently, I keep trying and failing at quitting my unhealthy habits and taking on better ones. I thought I'd start here with MFP again but sadly, I go gung ho for a couple of days and then it falls off my radar. I can't seem to be stay disciplined like I once was. After a short time my mental no-no list goes out the window and I just keep stacking on the pounds.
At this point I'd love to try a well-planned out meal plan to take the guess work out of what I eat (because when I get hungry and have no plan, I'll eat anything). I researched laid out meal plans for my pescatarian needs but all I find are articles about how to eat this way, but not actual week/month-long plans. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or have any other suggestions to stay disciplined?
TIA!

Maybe try Mealime? It’s an app with lots of healthy meal recipes! Doesn’t give exact calories or anything but it’s a good place to start!1

Mealime is an app that lets you choose the type of way you want to eat, e.g. vegan, Paleo and so on. I used to use it but I like having more freedom over what I eat.
Are you a pescatarian just because that's how you like to eat? Cuz you don't really have to eat any certain way so long as you're eating at a deficit.
I think what will make you successful is figuring out what staples you like that adhere to your diet and only stock those in your house. As far as unhealthy habits what habits are you trying to change?2 -
I was a strict vegetarian from 16-25 and after I met my husband I started eating seafood. Sort of a compromise I guess and I do love it.
I’ve found myself overeating for many years now and I’m the type of person who needs to stay disciplined, gray areas and moderation don’t work well for me. Id really like to try a defined meal plan. The idea of only keeping certain staples around is a good one0 -
If you really want a well-planned out meal plan you can't go wrong with a dietitian if you can afford one.0

I go gung ho for a couple of days and then it falls off my radar doesn't really rhyme with gray areas and moderation don’t work well for me. The best meal plan in the world is useless if you can't or won't stick to it. It takes discipline either way. It's easier to be disciplined when you feel that your boundaries are reasonable. Only you can decide which boundaries are reasonable for you. This leads to my conclusion - make your own meal plan and stop cutting out foods you like for no good reason.1
