I have tried a few, but they all have so much sugar in them. Any recommendations for some lower sugar types? Thanks!

You can make your own using coconut milk and a probiotic capsule - I don’t know the recipe but it’ll be out there on the internet somewhere.2

Alpro has a zero sugar yoghurt variation. I personally like the nature variant best though. It has 2 grams of sugar /100 grams yoghurt.1

Coconut yoghurt is very low in sugar.1

I’m fixing to try it, but Kite Hill plain gets the best reviews.1

I haven't come across a brand that doesn't have a ton of sugar, so now I make my own using:
- Coconut milk
- A thickener (I usually use tapioca starch)
- A good quality 100 billion probiotic
- And optional: Adding flavors such as vanilla or using flavor extracts.
Then I let it ferment for a while then chill. It's quite easy.6 -

My Whole Foods carries a few brands of unsweetened vegan yogurt. Are you in the US?
Another option, as has been mentioned, is making your own.0
