what workout shoes do you have?

im looking for some good workout shoes: they have to LIGHTWEIGHT, AFFORDABLE and good for RUNNING and working out . basically a shoe that has it all!!!

    I'm a runner, but also do weights, spin and other stuff in the gym - I really like the Nike Pegasus running shoe - I wear it in the gym too. They are a pretty affordable line for Nike. Also, I like the Nike Training Air Team - they are NOT running shoes, but good for lifting weights and doing other cross training stuff in the gym. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

    You really need to go to a running store, and have somebody figure out your foot type. There are many different types of feet and shoe companies design their shoes accordingly. What fits somebody chiming in here many not fit you at all, and cause you more problems than they solve. A good dedicated running store will have people who analyze your foot type, your gait, and your exercise needs, then use that to help you find the best shoe for you.
