365 Days for a healthier me

Hi trying to see this journey of weight loss through for the year. I started a group called Tops and wanted to track my food intake and exercise.I have been trying to loss 50 lbs for the last 20 years,the most I have lost is 30 lbs in one shot.I go up and down but hope to keep motivated this time to see it through.

We can do this! Let's work on daily consistency with tracking. Is that what worked best for you before?0

About 15 years ago I joined Tops Club and it was just a support group were you got weight once a week and members encouraged each other and they did challenges. It worked for me as having to get weight in front of someone else seemed to motivate me I'm hoping for the same thing this time around.0
