This morning I cooked two patties of turkey sausage, took those bad boys out, and then cooked a scrambled egg in the same pan. Add hot sauce and a side of black coffee, morning made. :-)
My breakfasts most of this week were mashed sweet potatoes with chopped nuts and raisins with a side of turkey sausage. Probably my favorite "on the go" breakfast (I pack to eat at work after the gym)0 -

Cheese, tomato, onion, whole grain wheat bread, pico do gallo, kale, spinache, broccoli, cauliflower, herbs, spices, coniments, mike, orange juice, and I'm sure a bunch of other stuff that just isn't coming to mind

Egg yolks are on trend.
If you throw out your egg yolks you will make me sad. You can make Hollandaise sauce with the leftovers.

Cloud eggs. Also featured on an MFP video blog.

Instead of an egg separator, buy a carton of egg whites. You can cook an egg with added egg whites and not throw anything out.0 -
I don't have a food processor. I can still make cauliflower rice.

But I don't. I cook sticky Basmati rice.0 -
I blend a handful of frozen fruit with a Pure Protein Shake, less than 200 calories and 30 grams of protein. Usually keeps me full till lunch.1
