    I wasn't going to eat any of my exercise calories... but then I did some nighttime snacking. Bleh. :ohwell:

    I remained strong, had 1/2 frozen pizza accompanied by salad (instead of my 1500+ calories Dominos take-out pizza with garlic bread, wedges and chicken kickers MMMMMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only had 1 Carling too.

    I think today will be a good green day but it's deffo going to be red tomorrow - I plan on drinking LOTS of beer !! x

    Really pleased with myself so far! I did have a glass of champagne at the spa yesterday (it was complimentary, I had to, right?!) but still fitted within calories. Not exercising today to give my body a break so will need to pay attention but so far so good. Going to the cinema tonight so for once it will be water instead of popcorn and coke :smile:

    leighkent well done re the pizza, I haven't had dominoes in ages, now I really fancy one! Good thing we haven't got any pizza takeouts where I live!!

    Sat we went to a kid's party and I ended up scoffing on the sandwiches and sausage rolls etc. I logged the best that I could - obv I didn't know exact weights and brands but it equalled just under 800 calories which I think is about right. If I hadn't have eaten that I would have had a FAB day - I did have to make a choice to have salad with my paprika pork instead of rice.

    I have logged today as RED (even though it's only 8:20am) but I KNOW I will be going over today and if I don't then at least I get to come back and change it for the better!!! So, week 1 for me = SUCCESS as my original goal is to have 2 red days MAX but preferably only 1 - if not 0!

    Looks like everyone is doing great, well done!

    I didn't even feel like popcorn at the cinema last night, it seems that now that I haven't eaten sugar in a while, it's really quite easy to stay away from it and I don't have any cravings for it either. At this rate the whole month might be green!!

    Saturday green, at least by my reckoning, despite eating out twice. A totally green week, possibly for the first time ever, and I seem to be maintaining too :happy:

    Really pleased to have hada green weekend and still managed a few glasses of wine!

    Here's to a green week everyone, I hope to only have one red day this week which will be Friday as I'm out for tapas and drinks yum!

    Well done everyone on the green week, here is to week 2. I would like to have a green week apart from Sat when I am going to a wedding so I know beer and nibble food will be eaten !!!

    I drank 2000 calories in beer yesterday, had a cheese & bacon burger and chips meal and then chicken nuggets and chips at around 10pm !!! BIG FAT RED DAY HAHA.
