Been on a weight loss/healthy eating journey for awhile now. I am gluten free and do not eat breads, pastas or fried foods. I rarely eat junk food with the occasional cheat and never drink sodas and drink a lot of water. I try to go to the gym at least 2-3 times a week when I can. Try to go more when I have time. I can not seem to actually lose weight like I’d want. Overall lost 10lbs and kept this off but nothing more. Always +/- 5 lbs weekly. I still think something is wrong with my nutrition maybe portion sizes. I hear everyone say eat 5-6 small meals a day I eat maybe 3-4 with one being a shake or meal replacer bar. In need of a meal plan or any suggestions/ideas. Please help!! Thank you!!

Try smaller portions of whatever you want to eat. You seem to be on the right track with your food choices. Don't forget to treat yourself once in a while.2

How are you measuring your food intake? Eating "healthy" doesn't mean you aren't overeating. Weight loss boils down to CICO, aka don't eat more then you burn.
ETA meal timing doesn't matter for weight loss. You can eat 1 or 10 times a day if you like. Meal timing only matters for satiation. Some people find 2 large meals a day satisfying, some find 6 smaller meals satisfying, it is about finding what works for you.
Also meal replacement shakes and bars are not necessary for weight loss, eat real food!2 -
How long is a while? What's your height and current weight?
Number of meals is unimportant, and you don't need a meal plan other than the necessary planning of your meals.
You need to set your calories right - enter your stats and get a calorie target. Then you need to log your food intake correctly, and hit your calorie target. Then you need to be patient.1 -
If you're not aware of how many calories you're actually consuming you're going to find it hard to lose weight. Are you weighing with a food scale? Also depending on how much you're trying to lose, weight loss may be much slower.1

What you eat isn't as important as how much you eat - you need to be in a calorie deficit consistently. do you weigh all solids and measure all liquids, and log everything you eat/drink using accurate database entries?0
