    My family loves (DEER MEAT). We mostly roll it in flour and fry it in a small amount of margarine, with salt and pepper. It is delicious when, after frying the meat, add a can of fat free low sodium mushroom soup, Don't add water to the soup. Let it simmer long enough to warm the soup. Yummy! Delicious! :)

    Summer favorite of ours:

    Ground venison
    Tomatoes
    Red onion
    Feta cheese
    Basil
    Low fat Greek dressing
    Pita bread or tortillas or rice

    Brown the venison with whatever type of seasonings you wish, place in refrigerator and let cool.
    Dice the tomatoes and red onion
    After cooled add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix
    Serve inside pita or make burrito's or over rice
