Hi All

Im a newbie to My Fitness Pal - iover the years i have done every other diet possible and now i have finally decided to calorie count..
Ive always been worried about doing this before htinking i woudlnt be strickter enough.. 3 weeks in though and i am being good still yeah!!
Bad week this week - not cos of me giving up just cos ive been out last night to pizza express for a leaving do and we had pizza the other night.. still within my cals but surely it cant be good still.. i just ensured last night i went for a job before going out and we'd had a big family walk that morning too!
