Getting started ...again

I had made a reasonable start to weight loss back in September 2017, but had some life changes (good ones) that threw my plans out the window for a while, then the holidays hit. the weight I'd lost came back, and brought a few friends.

My goal is to lose about 75 lbs. I'd LOVE to lose it in a year, but I realize it's more likely to be closer to 2 years. which is fine, as my ultimate prize is being able to ride my new horse, when it's old enough (and it's not even born yet). So I have time, but I need to both lose weight, and gain muscle.

My biggest problem is often with proteins, as I don't eat seafood of any kind, so my "diet" proteins are limited. I'm also feeding a large household, most of whom do not need, nor want, to eat the same way.
Away we go:-)

    Good luck with your plans.

    I too have returned after being away for a year and a half or so!!
