relief from DOMS??

i think i over did it. :noway: this is my 4th day of being major sore - although it's better. i ran yesterday and it helped a lot! it was hard to get going, but i pushed myself. for the soreness mainly.
so what to you do to get rid of/get relief from DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)???

Hi...just take it really easy the next few days. Do something light like walking. The soreless will not last no more than a week (usually just 3-4 days) Also a hot bath helps. Hope you feel better real soon:)0

I found it help to take a day off and stretch often. Helped me anyway.0
