I received this in the mail today, I'm beyond proud. I'm waiting on my Insanity Max 30 shirt to arrive in a couple weeks. I can't believe I did these programs. I was definitely a person who would have laughed if someone would have told me a year a go I would complete both programs. 64lbs(ish) gone for good!! nu91as7zwmcm.jpg

    That is awesome.
    Both completing the programmes and losing 68lbs are things you should be very proud of. Lots of dedication in both efforts.

    I know just how you feel ( kind of), after I had managed to exercis 3x a week for a year, after being a dedicated couch potato for decades, I was amazed at myself- wish I had got a tshirt.

    Well done, I'm currently doing Country Heat, I've taken my measurements and before photos and looking forward to seeing results and sending them off to get my t-shirt.
