I’m a Newbie!

Hi Guys, MFP newbie here. Looking to lose some unwanted fat this year and ramp up my activity.
Kicking it off with Keto.

Never been able to stick to tracking my food intake through an app or a journal but I’m hoping MFP app and community will change that. Looking forward to doing it with a supportive community.
