meal ideas

can I anyone help me I'm a very fussy eating don't like meats apart from chicken and don't like vegetable or salads. can any one help me with lunch or tea time meals?

    What do you like? Eat a variety of that within your calorie allowance if you want to eat the same as you do now. Or try new things if you want to be less fussy. Buy a cookbook for ideas.

    You only eat...chicken... no veg, no salad. Kind of difficult! What do you like apart from chicken?

    If you chop the chicken with apples you can sneak in veggies too, shredded carrot, cucumber or celery, etc. A little dressing or Greek yogurt to make a salad you can eat on crackers or with lettuce wraps. It's cool and refreshing and the sweet snap of apple hides veggies pretty well.

    Do you like rice, pasta, fruit, eggs, cheese, beans, lentils, nuts, bread, quinoa? Anything besides chicken?
    Eat whatever you have been eating just in appropriate quantities for your calorie goal.
