Physical and mental gains improvement!

Hey everyone, my name is Ciará! I'm from Ireland and am getting married next year (eeeep!)
I work in Veterinary and exercising helps me focus and works like mindfulness when I can muster getting myself up at 5am to go. Because of my job I often eat a lot of junk food because it's available but am working on eating well and following what my macros require!
I'm trying to shed the weight for the big day and tone up for practical strength.
Any support would be appreciated as I'm new to this :)
