Tonight’s Dinner

Boneless pork chops with mushroom gravy. Mash potatoes and Veggies. Just under my calories. Eating well doesn’t mean it can’t be tasty.

Smoked gouda cauliflower soup with garlic bread and a glass of red wine. Sooooo good!

OMG that sounds amazing. I love smoked Gouda, I cannot find it for the life of my over here, so I've had to start smoking it myself.

Ha ha, I am feeling very déjà vu today so went and got some fish fingers.
Fish fingers, mashed potatoes, and peas, with a parsley sauce.
I know it won't taste as good as it did when I was 10- but I just fancy it.

Last night was porkchops in mushroom sauce with rice and broccoli. (Instant pot experiment that worked.)

Dinner was last two slices of a roasted veggie pizza with a glass of mascato. Looking forward to dessert: Halo top ice cream with more wine, because I have the cals leftover for both!

I had whole wheat penne and chicken with Trader Joe's Pesto and Quinoa, brussels sprouts, a little bit of Trader Joe's San Francisco multigrain sourdough bread and a Ferrero Rocher.

Sirloin tip roast, mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and broccoli. Weighing out my mashed potatoes was an exercise in self-discipline, but well worth it.
