I have made the decision to cut out all animal products from my diet just over s year ago. I have seen awesome results especially because of my continuous attendance at the local UFC Gym. I recently had to stop attending the gym and put back on some weight. I have not gone away from my diet. Well let’s just say that I know of. But I made it through and I am not going back. I am going to do more research on foods not to eat and get back to where I was and better for me.

Hello!!! I am on a similar journey and am looking for friends to share it with! I gave up meat products 6 months ago and try to limit dairy to a few times a week until I can cut it out completely!0

You don't have to avoid particular foods to lose weight -- weight loss is created by a calorie deficit, not by eating or avoiding certain foods.0
