    Been a couple of weeks since i have posted. My goal is to lose 10 pounds a month. As of weigh in this morning, I have lost 11.7 ponds. So pumped. The last 10 days we have had company and it has been challenging, getting in my steps and staying within my eating goals. I am trying not to eat after dinner and i think that is very helpful. My daily step goal is 5000 steps a day. Onto Febuary with enthusiasm
