Hello, I’ve just started today and hoping that keeping count of my calorie intake will help me lose weight!

How’s everyone else finding it? :)

    A bit of a challange, still getting the hang of substituting certain food for others

    I suppose it is a little bit difficult at first it’ll probably take me a while to get into it too and that’s really good, so it definitely works then!

    You need to be honest with the tracking and try and stick to the target especially over say a week ie if over one day go under the next. Workout what meals suit your lifestyle and that u really enjoy and kcal goals and build rest of the day around those
