    I just turned 40 too, well last year. I have over 5stone to loose.

    I'll be turning 40yo in August. That's why I'm back to using this app. My goal is to reach my first weight goal by then. I'm at the highest weight I've ever been and need to lose 55lbs to reach that August goal. I will need to average 7.5lbs per month. Hoping for success!
