Ok.. need your opinions and thoughts-
what's the difference ? which one did you try out ? what do you think - which one is better ?
i'm interessted in buying one of them - i mean i would both .. but .. $$$ .. so i have to pick one..
help me choose..

It depends on what you want more of in your program. TurboFire is mostly cardio, with some high intensity interval training and a couple of resistance training videos.
ChaLEAN Extreme is mostly strength training, and it works much better if you have a good set of weights. So if you don't also want to get equipment, I'd go with TF.
I did 90 days of TurboFire and I'm now doing a TF/CLX hybrid. I recommend TF because the cardio and high intensity interval training is so much better, and building up some muscle with the resistance band training really helps with those cardio workouts. There is a lot more variety in TF as well, which I think helps keep some people going and prevents you from getting bored with the program.0 -
I have no experience with Turbo Fire, but I'm starting week 3 of ChaLEAN Extreme and I love it! CE is strength training, with some cardio thrown in. It helps to own some free weights or resistance bands, but it's not a necessity. You can use your own body resistance to do the exercises as well. Chalene's got great energy, so she keeps you pumped up the whole time. Definitely worth the money!0

Well they are different programs. Chalean Extreme is more of a weightlifting program. It also has the cardio workouts, but they are much less intense than Turbofire.
Turbofire is an intense cardio program. It has a couple of workouts that use resistance bands.
So it really just depends on what you prefer and what your cardio level is.
I've done both and I love to use Chalean weight workouts with the TF cardio. But if you want to start with just one, I would go with Chalean Extreme. It will help with strength and improve cardio. If you aren't interested in lifting weights, go with Turbofire. It's super fun and super challenging!0 -
I do Turbo Fire. On most weeks you do at least 2 days of "strength training" with resistance bands. I really like it, although, now I'm not so sure the strength training is actually "enough" but I'm going to finish out the 12 weeks anyway (on week 10).0
