Hey Everyone,
My names Corissa. I am 27 and recently embarked on the journey to improve my overall life physically and mentally by staying positive, engaging in the better life challenge, and tracking my food and physical activity! I am excited to hear any advice anyone has! I have always been fairly fit and healthy but now I am getting my goal health, nutrition, and body! My goal is to gain some muscle and improve my energy and cardio! What are your goals?

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
