                    After reading this post: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/301990-jalepeno-poppers-skinny-style
...I decided to put my own spin on things and came up with these:

Each pepper half contained:
1/4 wedge of Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss, spread from end to end,
5g of Kroger Mild Cheddar Style Fat Free Cheese and
1 slice of turkey pepperoni
I covered a cookie sheet with foil, sprayed it with non-stick spray and baked them at 400 degrees until the cheese looked good and "melty" (new word-- write that one down).
I served them to our guests, tonight, and they kept saying things like, “Wow!” and “What a treat!” and “These are incredible— how many calories are they?”
They were truly a hit.
