For those that follow IIFYM way of eating, do you monitor your saturated vs. unsaturated fat intake? Curious to see everyone's opinions on this.

I do not usually distinguish between the two, but I guess I subconsciously try to limit my saturated fat intake.

I don’t typically distinguish between either one of them. I still track it with my carbs, however, hitting protein is my main focus while staying at a deficit.

I don't monitor the breakdown of fat, but I make an effort to get fat from a variety of sources - most days my fat comes from salmon, eggs, cheese, nuts/nut butter, avo, coconut butter/oil.
I limit myself to 2 egg yolks a day, but other than that I don't really worry...

Nope. As said above, I get my fat from a variety of sources, so I don't give it a moment's thought.

For existing health conditions, I have to track and monitor my fat intake. Making sure I get sufficient fat intake, for a healthy diet, but have to still limit saturated fats. Previously by cutting saturated fats, without tracking, I had cut my overall fat intake too low and made myself ill, also reflected in blood tests. So by consistent logging I ensure my diet hits a healthy fat intake range. While also logging saturated fats separately, to ensure I keep them below my maximum allowance. The higher my fat intake and lower my saturated intake, the better for my health conditions. I know everyone is different.
