Giving in to what? One stumble doesn't ruin the entire effort.1

I love icecream0 -
Did it fit your calories? Could it have, with some planning?1

Nothing wrong with ice cream (unless you have issues with dairy). Again, one indulgence doesn't ruin the effort. As my dietician used to say, Life Happens.0

I have ice cream several times a week. I just work it into my calories.1

Good idea0

Sounds like it's time for a rest day0 -
Life happens. Don't be so hard on yourself. I do the same thing. It happened so often that I now exercise like crazy (one to two hours a day) so I can have the extra calories. Just exercise a little extra tomorrow. You will be fine. I hope your night goes better. Remember: don't sweat the small stuff.0

Learning how to handle mistakes is an important part of the process. The best thing you can do is just return to yoi r regularly scheduled calorie deficit. Chances are you haven't don much harm, if at all1

Use the extra energy to bust out a good weight training1
