Help me build a workout routine.

I am in a very stressful nursing program. It keeps me very busy. So busy that I've gained 15 pounds from all of the stress, food, and no time to exercise. I am determined to get back in shape, but I need help organizing a schedule.
I wake up at 6 each morning, sometimes 5 if i still have studying to do. From 830-330, I am in class. I get home at 4.
I study an average of 5 hours.
But it seems like until I get home from college, I am just mentally and physically drained!
I need to know:
#1: How can I get motivated to work out rather than nap.
#2: Where in my schedule I can fit working out.
#3: When I work out, what should I do? I need a routine.
Please help!

i know how you feel. i work a very fast paced job in a restaurant in the freakin kitchen.. we're all running around like crazy people. and lifting 40+ lb boxes of meat potatoes vegetables etc. cleaning stuff, scrubbing, cooking, etc. needless to say when i get home i dont want to do ****.
so i lay down in bed... and get bored, real fast. so i put my headphones in and listen to my workout music.. and get super pumped, and im out the freakin door. lol
1. make a playlist of songs that motivate you inspire you and make you want to kick some freakin *kitten*. listen to those songs and think about your goal weight.. you'll be OUT THE DOOR. lol
2. fit working out after dinner, or when you get home before dinner.
3. this is what i do.. i go to a park and do some running, some bleachers, some walking. then get home and lift some weights.. workout dvds bore me, and i dont have the money for a gym membership.0 -
Try registering at DailyBurn.com. I went there when I got bored with what I was doing at the gym. The site came up with a month-long weight-loss routine for me, cardio and strength training three times a week. From what I remember, you can customize it because the site asks you about your access to equipment (if you'll be working out at home or at a gym, etc) and how often you can do it.0

Would it be possible to study while on an exercise bike? I know some people love to read while biking, but as a math major the bike is not a good place to study!0

do you belong to a gym? when i was in grad school i would bring my reading to the gym and read on the treadmill or elliptical!0
