50, but I've lost 5 pounds already this year, that's 10%, not too bad! So we have the same goal, now. We've got this!!5

All together 103 lbs
I started this journey September 18,2017 and lost 29lbs by end ov nov. But between thanksgiving and Christmas I have slacked and trying to get back on track I mean I'm still at the 29lbs loss which I guess is great that I didn't gain any back but still like to lose 74 more pounds5 -

Mine is 44lbs... I'm currently rocking the heaviest I have been for quite some time now, but have been roughly the same weight for the past few years. After an extremely over indulgent festive period (and various other excuses), I have now got to a point where things have got to change! This is my year!2

I have lost 100 pounds 6 years ago and kept it off for a while. but about a year and a half I've gained about 20 pounds back. it took me two years to lose 100 pounds yet I've been struggling almost that much to lose the 20. You can do it honey. You can lose it. Keeping it off can be difficult.0 -
