Starting again, looking for motivational friends

Hi all,

I've struggled with weight all of my life. Being only 5'0, my heaviest of 230 pounds really was terrible. I ended up losing over 100 pounds naturally and kept it off for five years. After a flare up of PTSD, I have gained back about 80 of those pounds and it's really taking a toll on me. I struggle to stay motivated, and get frustrated easily when the scale doesn't move.

This time around, I am committed to finding a balance, not binging, and taking this weight off for good. I would love friends on here. Looking forward to cheering each other on!

My heaviest was 296, I lost 111lbs but only kept it off for about a year, if that. Over the last 5 years I've gained back 85lbs and I'm now starting over and not looking back. I too struggle with binging. I've been motivated lately, which is great. I'll be sure to add you.

Hey there! Losing weight is hard but maintaining a loss is a whole other level of hard! I get it! At one point I had lost 111 pounds but gained over 70 back. I restarted last week and am approaching it with a similar mindset. I would love to stay connected with you on your journey! :)

[edited by mods] If you ever need motivation, feel free to reach out! I'm trying to involve myself more in the fitness community to keep myself on track. I've maintained my weight over the past two years, but I'm trying to buckle down and really make some hard progress!
