Hi. I'm not new but I'm back. I've been using fitness pal on and off for a while. I can honestly say it's the best way to keep you on track. I've lost about 38lb so far and I'm now going to lose my last 10lb. What's your goal ?0

I’ve lost about 50 pounds since January 2016. Counting calories, staying active, and never giving up have been the key for me this time around0
