    Hi. I'm not new but I'm back. I've been using fitness pal on and off for a while. I can honestly say it's the best way to keep you on track. I've lost about 38lb so far and I'm now going to lose my last 10lb. What's your goal ?

    Looking for new friends to help me stay motivated and active. I have been using Fitbit for the last year, and now I’m switching back to MFP an UA Record. Feel free to add me so we can stay fit together!

    I’ve lost about 50 pounds since January 2016. Counting calories, staying active, and never giving up have been the key for me this time around
