Just the people for giggles and fun anymore.
  • I don't love it, but I need interactions with people. Sometimes it bothers me a lot and I don't know why exactly. Maybe because I can't fix peoples problems and most people don't really give a hoot about mine. Mostly I like to smile, and mfp used to make me do that a lot. Not so much lately, but maybe it will get better.

    Makes me feel more normal

I use FB to remind me how much better my life is and how much smarter I am than most people.

I'm on the side of "no one cares when I post my work outs on FB". I enjoy interacting with like minded people on here. Also, time waster ever since my favorite site got sold and went incredibly down hill. For some reason I really like reading posts from people asking stupid questions and then the subsequent responses, without even really commenting myself, lol.

Because I come here to pass the dreadful hours at work when I'm bored. Also there are some witty and funny folks here that literally make me laugh out loud.

One of my good friends that is NOT on MFP but does share his work outs and fitness with me told me that he was upset that they were having pizza for dinner last night even though he had plenty of calories left for it. I laughed and told him I've had pizza for either lunch or dinner 8 times this month (lots of kid's bday parties plus just normal consumption). He gasped and told me "pizza's bad!". I told him to just eat to his calories and tell his brain to shut up about it.

Because I can talk obsessively about calories and people here understand..
