What to Eat?

So after discovering I needed my net calories to be 1200, and learning that mine have been under 500...I need the idea for something to fill those calories! Im not usually hungry, cereal and fruit and a banana for breakfast, a sandwich with wheat thins for lunch, and dinner varies, a yogurt for dessert...its about 1300 calories, but my net is still so low because I have been working out a decent amount (average of like 800 calories burned a day).
So what should I eat? Should I get supplements or something? How can I get ALL those extra calories!?

Invest in protein powder so you can make shakes. I like to add berries and bananas to mine. The calories can add up quick with those.0

Nuts, especially almonds, are a good option. About 12 almonds equates to 100 calories. Another idea might be a glass of milk when you get back from all that exercise! Peanut butter is another good one on an apple.0
