Dropped 6lbs in one week???

Long story short. I had been jogging, weight training for about two weeks and the weight did not come off AT ALL. Then... Saturday after last (Jan. 6) I had a major allergic reaction to some food. We are talking ER visit reaction levels. This of course has caused two things 1) my need to take it easy--- thus no jogging or intense exercising 2) I have been terrified of eating, so I've eaten like a bird.
And now six pounds are gone. Obviously, this is not what is normal and I don't want to lose weight in an unhealthy manner. My metabolism is pretty *kitten* (1,300/day)-- measured by a dietician with a fancy machine.
So, I am looking at where to go from here now. I didn't have an appetite for a week on the drugs given to me, and now I am slowly regaining it. I don't want the weight to jump back on, so I would love some advice on where to go from here...

Mostly water weight from not eating much and being sick. The weight will come back up when you start eating normally again, and that's ok. Recover, eat at maintenance to help with healing, go back to your plan once you're feeling better.4

Weight and fat are 2 very different things. Measuring yourself around various points is a good way to gauge progress since weight can fluctuate as much as 5-6lbs in a single day.0

You lost a lot of water weight when you were ill. Water weight and fat loss are not the same thing. You can aim to lose if you eat less calories than you burn. Log your food intake accurately, be patient and weight loss will happen but it takes time.1
