I got on the scale today.... and it is official I lost 50 LBS!!!! :D

    amazing! but not only in the fact that I lost 50 lbs- my life style has changed so much - have signed up for my 1st ever 5k in September! and as much as I thought I had good self esteem I am sooooo much happier with each lb gone!

    That makes it even more awesomer (I know it's not a real word but it should be)! My lifestyle has changed as well, it is for the better as well in the long term.
