Yes is took me over 1 year to loose the weight, 1 year of maintaining and recently for the last 4 months I have hit the weights to tone what I can. The Energy I have is unbelievable!

The loose skin is very much there...however what I have noticed since I started working out..it have slowly gone down. Sure I will never have a six pack, but that is ok I am now a between a size 2-4 smallest in my life! The liveliest I have ever been!! So it’s worth it!

My goal was to lose a pound a week
It took me a year
I walked 30mins a day at first before I started running, hiking,jumping dancing!
