How to get enough calories

I am having a hard time getting enough calories and not going over the 32% daily fat intake. I attached below what I am eating and the graphs. Would love some advice. I am very new to this.

Macro splits are a personal preference, I'd worry more about getting the calories than going over the fat intake. You're just set at the MFP defaults. You can tweak them to whatever suits in Goals.
    Fat doesn't make you fat.

I would use Protein shakes mixed in. Add in a few 275 - 400 calorie protein shakes.

For example this morning I used water, Greek Yogurt, 1/2 Banana, 50 grams of strawberries, chocolate protein powder.

    297 calories, 36g carbs, 35g protein, 3g fat, 4g fiber.

This is a good way to tweak your macro %s and lower your fat and raise the other ones.

It's perfectly fine to go over your fat limit as long as you are at your calories.

Are these the correct screenshots? I see very little fat and only 400 calories? That's not your average day is it?

The pie chart is just showing what you've eaten so far today. As you add foods with more carbs and protein at your later meals, the fat percentage will lower as a result. Pay more attention to your calorie goal and the goals set by grams for your macros than the pie chart. And please be sure you're eating more than 400 calories a day. That's a seriously concerning number.

Pre log your whole day and then look at your macros.

I'm set to 30% fat and go over most days. Does not affect weight loss at all.

For the first week or two, I wouldn't worry too much about your macros. Just get used to logging and tracking your food, and hitting your calorie target. After that, you can look at your macros and make adjustments if you feel it's necessary.

You can feel free to change MFP's macro split if the generic one doesn't work for you. Different people function best on different macros; it can take some experimentation to see what works best for you. (Some people just watch calories and don't worry about their macros, which is also an okay approach if that's what ends up being best for you).

Don't freak out too early in the process, because it can take a little time before you get everything dialed in.

Calories matter for weight loss. If you arnt trying to gain muscle you dont need to worry about it most likely if you eat balanced. Healthy fats are great!
