I'm new to the app and to the Low Carb way of life.
I'm on a mission to get my body and my life back.

    1.) Carbs are not the enemy
    2.) Plug your info/stats into MFP to see how many calories you should be eating
    3.) Keep an accurate food diary
    4.) Move as much as you can throughout the day

    I'm restarting. I had my second baby 8 weeks ago and want to feel like me again. I'm going to try and be more mindful of my carbs, too. Only tip I have right now is one meal at a time! Add me if you want.
