I finally feel like I am getting full faster and it’s getting easier to say no. My will power is getting stronger. ❤️

    yay!! what is it that you are doing to make this happen? drinking water before a meal? eating every 3 hours?? More power to you ;)

    This app is truly amazing! I do drink more water (especially with a lemon slice) and I’m finding foods that I can eat more of that is less in calorie! And I think since I’ve made my meals in way smaller portions than that I’m used to for almost a month now I can finally feel the difference. Thanks for the comment!! ❤️❤️

    Good for you. Careful not to under-eat, though. Eat back most of your exercise calories.

    The idea is to eat as much as possible while still losing weight. Slow and steady will let you last the distance. You don't want to crash and burn.
