Apple Watch data not syncing with MFP

I cannot get my exercises (biking, weight lifting, running) to populate in MFP. My health app has approval to share data with MFP and I have tried to install and uninstall MFP multiple times. The steps are set to pickup from my watch in the MFP app but that also is not working. It appears no data from my watch/the Apple activity app is pulling thru to MFP. Please help if you know a fix. Thanks! Dan

    I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages...

    I’m having a similar problem. I too have set up the permissions but my step count isn’t syncing properly. Health app and activity app matches my watch but mfp says less.

    Having the same issue. I saw a post from April 18 to support with the same problem. I don’t think MFP support is very swift.

    Every time their is a new update it have goes bonkers !!
    I had to reset both watch and phone !!! Was not a happen camper !!

    Just an heads-up, MFP will not accept Apple Watch exercises categorized as Other. Apparently theyr'e working it, but for now, no go.
