Ok i know this may be a dumb ? but i need to log it and ....

Ok i dont know how to log kroger ground coffee does it even have anything to log i am new to this site about three weeks and am not that good when it comes to finding these things and there is nothing on the can so it anyone can help id appreiciate it i know that it is a dumb ? but i need to know k thanz:huh: :embarassed: :embarassed: :embarassed:

    Coffee itself doesn't really contain any calories, it's all the extras like sugar and cream/milk you should be logging.

    Plain ground coffee has something like 5 calories per scoop. I don't bother logging mine because I drink it black and 5 calories isn't going to make or break my day. Don't forget to log any cream and sugar though!

    Coffee and Tea do not have calories, it is all the extra's that you put in it.

    You can probably go with a generic "regular coffee" or "decaffeinated coffee" (depending on what you purchased).

    I log my coffee I use "ground coffee" it's 5 calories for 8oz, I think

    yeah, if you put in ground coffee or instant coffee, it comes up with a list, like 'black, with skim milk, with sugar' etc. hope this helps.
