Reduced Fat Wheat Thins, haha! Which I almost always have with some kind of hummus and raw veggie. Apparently it's a staple in my diet0

Usually a chocolate fiber bar like Fiber One Chocolate Chip. Chocolate is a weakness and this way I get my fix but with something beneficial. Have also discovered Skinny Cow ice creams - YUM.0

Banana ice cream and coconut water.
Chop banana, freeze & blend. You can add a small scoop of protein powder and a splash of coconut milk to make a great post work out snack too.0 -
