Cherries - picota ones have been on special in our supermarkets for ages now, just 99p for 250g, around 120-130 calories per punnet.
Other than those, Muller light yogurts! Especially frozen!0 -
Natural peanut butter...I add it on whole grain bread, apples, celery, in smoothies....it's my number one, lol.
Followed by Fage 2% Plain...so creamy and tasty.0 -
Right now mine is Greek yogurt and fresh chunks of pineapple (not canned, but I get a pineapple and cut it myself). It's fast to prepare and I take to work with me.0

Wasa Crisp Multigrain Flat bread ( it's a cracker) 3x5 full of yummy goodness! I put a smudge of peanut butter, somtimes cheese, sometimes just plain.
