Hello everyone… I’m on a journey to improve my health. I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember and I’m determined to finally lose weight and keep it off. I know it will take time and dedication and I am willing to work my hardest. Any workout tips, recipes or ideas would be much appreciated. I’m always happy to meet new friends who can offer advice and encouragement and will gladly offer my support and encouragement in return.

    Are you determind to move more and eat less? Wonderful, welcome to MFP! You don't need any special workouts or recipes, just move in a way you like that also makes your heart beat faster, and eat food you like, but stop eating too much.
