Foods to get my calories up? Way off hitting my goal of 1870.. only hitting 1077...

Why don't you want to have more fat? Fat doesn't make you fat, and it's an easy way to get your calories up without adding too much bulk to your meals.2

If you don't want to eat more by volume, eat higher calorie foods. Nuts, avocado, full fat dairy...0

Are you saying you feel full on 1077? If so you need calorie dense foods like peanut/almond butters/nuts/ use oil for cooking etc. (IF I had extra calories, I would just have a large piece of cake )
If you are meant to be hitting 1870 then you need to aim for that.1 -

Eating chicken, rice, greens, or anything meat based with vegetables! Breakfast is oats and yoghurt0
