Hi all! My name is Nancy. I live in Waterloo, NY. I found out about this site from my instructor of a Health and Wellness class. I was thrilled at how easy and informative it is! I am hoping to lose 50 pounds by my birthday in June. I don't know if that is an unrealistic goal or not, but I;m going to try. Good luck to all of you in your journeys! Have a great day!
