Usually a chocolate fiber bar like Fiber One Chocolate Chip. Chocolate is a weakness and this way I get my fix but with something beneficial. Have also discovered Skinny Cow ice creams - YUM.

Banana ice cream and coconut water.

Chop banana, freeze & blend. You can add a small scoop of protein powder and a splash of coconut milk to make a great post work out snack too.

  • I haven't been using long enough to see the snack on my log, but I bet it's going to be almonds, low-fat string cheese, or fruit like bananas and apples - all these seem to be very popular!

Popcorn! Not microwave just popcorn you pop yourself. Trader Joe's organic, Roundy's yellow or white kernels, Mighty But Tiny Popcorn. You name the popcorn I've probably had it!

thinsation fudgee-os. omg, so evil... i have a nasty chocolate habit... and well, they curb it... i also discovered crumbling them up and pouring them in with some strawberry yogurt, (astro zero) is alot more filling, and have actually done it for breakfast a couple of times in a pinch.
