Time to change

Just getting the introductions done still need to load pictures and so on.

This year was a time of change amongst other changes that are irrelavant im looking to drop the weight and then try tone up but ill see how far i get in the weight.

Started back training on the 8th Jan when i arrived at work (i work away internationally so hotel gyms) calorie diet and gym 6 times a week 3 days hiit cardio and 3 days strength.

I left home at 115kg and my early indications and im due to weigh myself sunday morning (i like to weigh myself first thing in the morning after a sleep on sundays as its my rest day)

Ideally i want to be between the 80-90kg mark but i will see how i look when i get there over the coming months.

I am from the UK but with work i am rarely home for long so look forward to reading posts and getting information and
