Hey everyone! This is mainly for college students but if any of you also have a hectic schedule between commuting, classes, work, and other activities please join in. What tips do you have for eating healthy and working out?
I feel like I’m always on the go and keep using the excuse of “I don’t have time” to avoid the gym and to eat takeout. Any advice?

Not a college student anymore, but hectic schedule now and I remember being in university! Walk everywhere. If you take bus, get off 2 stops early and walk. Always take stairs. Always have fruit and granola bars in your bag so you're not tempted to eat take out junk during the day. Always have a water bottle with you and adding frozen fruit keeps it cold, looks pretty, (and gives you a fruit snack later in the day!) Before studying, do a 15-30 minute exercise video (lots on youtube). This isn't avoiding studying but is part of your day and will actually give you more focus than if you dive right in coming from an already busy day.0
